Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Zyna AI account and associated data at any time. Account deletion is irreversible.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Zyna AI and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This removes your Firebase Authentication account and deletes your associated cloud data from our systems.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

Please include the email or phone number used to sign in so we can verify ownership.

What is deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication profile (email, phone, or social sign-in link).
• Chat history and conversations stored in Firebase.
• Images uploaded or generated in the App and stored in Firebase Storage.
• Local app data on your device when you uninstall the App or clear app data.

What may be retained

• Information we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
• Anonymized or aggregated analytics that cannot identify you.
• Subscription records managed by Apple App Store or Google Play (cancel subscriptions there separately).

Processing time

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are typically completed within a few business days after we verify your identity.
