These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zyna AI application ("App") provided by Skyen Systems ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Zyna AI. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Description of Service

Zyna AI provides AI-powered features including:

• Text chat with an AI assistant.
• Voice-to-text transcription.
• AI image editing and style filters.
• Optional subscription features (Zyna Pro).

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Generate or distribute illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent ads, subscriptions, or usage limits.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the service, including sending data to our AI and cloud providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Zyna Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (product IDs zyna_pro_monthly and zyna_pro_annual). Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at purchase and may vary by region and store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the store's policies unless required otherwise by law.

Free features may include advertisements. Subscribers receive Pro benefits described in the App at the time of purchase.

7. Advertisements

Free users may see advertisements served by third-party ad networks. Ad content is provided by those networks and is not endorsed by Skyen Systems.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Skyen Systems or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the App.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP AND AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYEN SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at this URL.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Skyen Systems operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country may still apply.
